Micro Trace Minerals, Germany, was founded in 1975, specializing in the analysis of minerals and toxic metals.

Orthomolecular medicine and chelation therapy are our specialty, and we provide a wide range of diagnostics to doctors and clinics worldwide.

We test human, animal and environmental samples such as water and soil. We analyse the metal concentration in a variety of specialty samples such as cosmetics, medication, nutrients, food, even tissues.

With our interdisciplinary team and in cooperation with the University of Regensburg, we are now able to provide Gammaspectrometry. This enables us to detect Iodine-131, Cesium-134 and Cesium-137.  

We are actively pursuing research and have established reference ranges for urine challenge tests involving various chelating agents.

We search for, and provide reliable answers to environmental problems.

We are involved in Humanitarian projects.

We utilize state-of-the art equipment, and regularly engage in round robins with excellent results. 

As of 2011, we are a reference laboratory for RECIPE, an independent company that provides certified reference materials for clinical laboratories around the world.
